Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Flourishstpower through flourishstpower.world. Coaching program fees are subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at enrollment.
Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or materials delivered electronically
- Products that have been written in, marked, or otherwise used
- Items purchased as part of an active coaching program bundle where digital access has been granted
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@flourishstpower.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within two business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Coaching Program Cancellations
Coaching program cancellations are handled according to the terms provided at enrollment. Generally, programs may be cancelled before the first session for a full refund minus any administrative fees disclosed at registration. Partial refunds for mid-program cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
